NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD
OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE
TO BE HELD IN-PERSON
Be advised that in compliance with the Tennessee Open Meetings Law, public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN and all persons interested that an open in-person public meeting of The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the City of Memphis, Tennessee (the “Board”) will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, commencing at the hour of 12:00 Noon (CDT), in its conference room located at 65 Union Avenue, Suite 1120, Memphis, Tennessee 38103.
WHILE ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, CERTAIN PRESENTERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC INTERESTED IN ATTENDING AND PARTICIPATING IN SAID MEETING WILL ALSO BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE VIA ZOOM VIRTUAL ACCESS, AS FOLLOWS:

2. Status Update on Resolution authorizing the reissuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, Series 2018 (Cavalier Courts Apartments) and approval of certain legal documentation required in connection with such reissuance (Deferred from June 7, 2023 Board Meeting);
3. Status update on Resolution authorizing the reissuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, Series 2018 (Gospel Gardens Apartments) and approval of certain legal documentation required in connection with such reissuance (Deferred from June 7, 2023 Board Meeting);
4. Legends Park Senior Apartments (d/b/a Edgeview at Legends Park) Final Bond Resolution; THIS ACTION ITEM HAS BEEN POSTPONED BY REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT.
5. 7th PILOT Closing Extension for MH Strategies I, LP (Barry and Jefferson Towers);
6. 7th PILOT Closing Extension for MH Strategies II, LP (Borda and Venson Towers);
7. 2nd Bond Inducement Resolution Closing Extension for ACH Partners, LLC & Bluff City Community
Development Corporation (d/b/a Gardens of Forest Hill Irene);
8. MHA Affordable Multifamily PILOT Application for South City VI, LP;
9. PILOT Refinancing Application for BLVD Partners, LLC (d/b/a The Boulevard Apartments);
10. PILOT Refinancing Application for Bent Tree, LLC (d/b/a Creekside Meadows);THIS APPLICATION HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS BOARD MEETING AGENDA BY REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT.
