REVISED NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD
OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE
TO BE HELD IN-PERSON
Be advised that in compliance with the Tennessee Open Meetings Law, public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN and all persons interested that an open in-person public meeting of The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the City of Memphis, Tennessee (the “Board”) will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, commencing at the hour of 12:00 Noon (CDT), in its conference room located at 65 Union Avenue, Suite 1120, Memphis, Tennessee 38103.
WHILE ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, CERTAIN PRESENTERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC INTERESTED IN ATTENDING AND PARTICIPATING IN SAID MEETING WILL ALSO BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE VIA ZOOM VIRTUAL ACCESS, AS FOLLOWS:

1. Status update for Millenia Housing (d/b/a Memphis Towers);
2. 3rd PILOT Closing Extension for Legends Park Senior, LLC (d/b/a Edgeview at Legends Park Senior Apartments);
3. Affordable Multifamily PILOT Term Extension Application for Jamesbridge 2017 LLC, Jamesbridge 5777 LLC, and CS Jamesbridge LLC (d/b/a Jamesbridge Apartments);
4. Affordable Multifamily PILOT Term Extension Application for Bent Tree LLC (d/b/a Creekside Meadows);
5. Such other business as may properly come before the Board.
