NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD
OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE
TO BE HELD IN-PERSON
Be advised that in compliance with the Tennessee Open Meetings Law, public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN and all persons interested that an open in-person public meeting of The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the City of Memphis, Tennessee (the “Board”) will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, commencing at the hour of 12:00 Noon (CST), in its conference room located at 65 Union Avenue, Suite 1120, Memphis, Tennessee 38103.
WHILE ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, CERTAIN PRESENTERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC INTERESTED IN ATTENDING AND PARTICIPATING IN SAID MEETING WILL ALSO BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE VIA ZOOM VIRTUAL ACCESS, AS FOLLOWS:

2. Bond Inducement Resolution for APP Pershing Partners, LLLP (d/b/a Pershing Park Apartments);
3. 8th PILOT Closing Extension for MH Strategies II, LP (Borda Towers and Venson Center);
4. PILOT Refinancing Application for Country View 2021, LLC (d/b/a Country View Apartments);
5. PILOT Refinancing Application for Mazal in Eden, LLC (d/b/a Eden Pointe Apartments);
6. Affordable Multifamily PILOT Term Extension Application for Bent Tree LLC (d/b/a Creekside Meadows) (Deferred from the October 4, 2023 Board Meeting, November 1, 2023 Board Meeting, and December 6, 2023 Board Meeting);
7. Such other business as may properly come before the Board.
