NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE OF
THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD
OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE
TO BE HELD IN-PERSON
Be advised that in compliance with the Tennessee Open Meetings Law, public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN and all persons interested that an open in-person special public meeting of The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the City of Memphis, Tennessee (the “Board”) will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, commencing at the hour of 3:00 PM (CT), at Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South located at 516 Tillman Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38112.
ATTENDANCE AT THE SPECIAL MEETING WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. PUBLIC COMMENT WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE MEETING.
PLEASE NOTE:
· THIS SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD IS BEING HELD AT THE JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT OF MEMPHIS AND MID-SOUTH LOCATION (“JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT”) DUE TO ONGOING CONSTRUCTION AT THE PRINCIPAL OFFICE OF THE BOARD.
· BE ADVISED THAT SECURITY PROTOCOLS AT JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT REQUIRES ALL ATTENDEES TO PRESENT A GOVERNMENT ISSUED I.D. TO BE SCANNED BY JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT’S SECURITY SYSTEM FOR ADMISSION INTO JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT.
· BE FURTHER ADVISED THAT THE BOARD RECOMMENDS AND ENCOURAGES ALL ATTENDEES TO ARRIVE A MINIMUM OF THIRTY (30) MINUTES EARLY AT JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT TO CLEAR SECURITY AND ENTER THE MEETING SPACE BEFORE THE 3:00 PM BOARD MEETING START TIME.
· ZOOM LINKS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THOSE WHO ARE PARTICIPATING REMOTELY.
There will be discussed at said meeting consideration of:
1. Board Strategic Plan Discussion;

This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 8-44-101 to 8-44-108 inclusive of the Tennessee Code Annotated, as amended.
