NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD
OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE

Be advised that in compliance with the Tennessee Open Meetings Law, public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN and all persons interested that an open in-person public meeting of The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the City of Memphis, Tennessee (the “Board”) will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, commencing at the hour of 12:00 Noon (CT), at Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South located at 516 Tillman Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38112.
WHILE ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE MEETING WILL ALSO BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND VIA ZOOM VIRTUAL ACCESS, AS FOLLOWS:

PLEASE NOTE:
· THIS REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD IS BEING HELD AT THE JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT OF MEMPHIS AND MID-SOUTH LOCATION (“JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT”) DUE TO ONGOING CONSTRUCTION AT THE PRINCIPAL OFFICE OF THE BOARD.
· BE ADVISED THAT SECURITY PROTOCOLS AT JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT REQUIRES ALL ATTENDEES TO PRESENT A GOVERNMENT ISSUED I.D. TO BE SCANNED BY JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT’S SECURITY SYSTEM FOR ADMISSION INTO JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT.
· BE FURTHER ADVISED THAT THE BOARD RECOMMENDS AND ENCOURAGES ALL ATTENDEES TO ARRIVE A MINIMUM OF THIRTY (30) MINUTES EARLY AT JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT TO CLEAR SECURITY AND ENTER THE MEETING SPACE BEFORE THE 12:00 NOON BOARD MEETING START TIME.
· ZOOM LINKS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THOSE WHO ARE PARTICIPATING REMOTELY.
Public comments will be allowed at each meeting of the Board. For public comment concerning any agenda item, if possible, members of the public should communicate their desire to speak by emailing their name, agenda topic, phone number and address to Stephanie.Bryant@memphishehf.com prior to the start of the meeting.
