NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD
OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE
TO BE HELD IN-PERSON
Be advised that in compliance with the Tennessee Open Meetings Law, public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN and all persons interested that an open in-person public meeting of The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the City of Memphis, Tennessee (the “Board”) will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, commencing at the hour of 12:00 Noon (CDT), in its conference room located at 65 Union Avenue, Suite 1120, Memphis, Tennessee 38103.
WHILE ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE MEETING WILL ALSO BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND VIA ZOOM VIRTUAL ACCESS, AS FOLLOWS:
