NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

OF THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD

OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE

TO BE HELD IN-PERSON

                                                                                                                                                             

 

Be advised that in compliance with the Tennessee Open Meetings Law, public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN and all persons interested that an open in-person public meeting of The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the City of Memphis, Tennessee (the “Board”) will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, commencing at the hour of 12:00 Noon (CDT), in its conference room located at 65 Union Avenue, Suite 1120, Memphis, Tennessee 38103.

 

WHILE ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE MEETING WILL ALSO BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND VIA ZOOM VIRTUAL ACCESS, AS FOLLOWS:

There will be discussed at said meeting consideration of:

 

1.    PILOT Status Update from Director Ashley Cash of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for (i) Cavelier Courts Apartments and (ii) Gospel Gardens Apartments; recommendations from City of Memphis administration advising of City’s proposed future oversight actions and responsibilities;

2.    1st PILOT Closing Extension for Raines Owner, LLC (d/b/a Sterling Townhomes);

3.    PILOT Status Update for Grahamwood Place;

4.    PILOT Status Update for Pinebrook Pointe;

5.    Bridgeport Manor PILOT Refinancing Application: Request for variance to allow refinancing application to be considered by the Board while certain properties in the developer’s portfolio are in non-compliance status;

6.    Such other business as may properly come before the Board.
