NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

OF THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD

OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE

TO BE HELD IN-PERSON 

                                                                                                                                                             

 

Be advised that in compliance with the Tennessee Open Meetings Law, public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN and all persons interested that an open in-person public meeting of The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the City of Memphis, Tennessee (the “Board”) will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, commencing at the hour of 12:00 Noon (CDT), in its conference room located at 65 Union Avenue, Suite 1120, Memphis, Tennessee 38103.

 

WHILE ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE MEETING WILL ALSO BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND VIA ZOOM VIRTUAL ACCESS, AS FOLLOWS:

Public comment will be allowed at each meeting of the Board. For public comment concerning any agenda item, if possible, members of the public should communicate their desire to speak by emailing their name, agenda topic, phone number and address to Stephanie.Bryant@memphishehf.com prior to the start of the meeting.

 

There will be discussed at said meeting consideration of:

 

  1. Final Bond Resolution for APP Surrey Partners, L.L.L.P. (d/b/a Surrey Apartments);

  2. Status of Sterling Townhomes Fire/Environmental Matters;

         3. Status of PILOTs in Legal Default:

                  a. Bridgeport Manor

         4. Such other business as may properly come before the Board.
