NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND HOUSING FACILITY BOARD
OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE


Public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, Tennessee and all persons interested that an open public meeting of The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the City of Memphis, Tennessee (the “Board”) will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, commencing at the hour of 12:00 Noon.  Anyone interested in attending this meeting may convene at the aforestated time at the conference room of The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board, 65 Union Avenue, Suite 1120, Memphis, Tennessee 38103. There will be discussed at said meeting consideration of:

1.    Bond Inducement Resolution for Cavalier Court Apartments
2.    Bond Inducement Resolution for Hope Heights Apartments
3.    Bond Inducement Resolution for Gospel Gardens Apartments
4.    1st Extension Bond Inducement Resolution for Pendleton Place Apartments

7.    Affordable Multifamily PILOT Application for Country View Apartments
